APPLE FRITTERS
INGREDIENTS
- 2 or 3 apples
- 2 teaspoons of anise
- 50 grams of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of leavening
- 250 grams of flour
- 2 plains yogurts
- Cinnamon
- Vegetable Oil for Deep-frying
DIRECTIONS
1.- Peel the apples and cut them into more or less similar
squares.
2.- Put he apple pieces in a bowl and add the two cups of
anise, sugar and cinnamon. Let it macerate for a while.
3.- In a different bowl mix the 2 eggs, the 2 yogurts, the
four, the leavening and the sugar. Mix it well until you have a homogeneous mixture.
4.- Heat the oil in a skillet covered halfway.
5.- Bathe the apple pieces in the previous mixture. Fry
until golden both sides.
6.- Toss with cinnamon and sugar while still warm.
7.- Enjoy!
